Welcome to Live Chat at the B&H Customer Service Department. Please wait while we connect you to an agent who will be able to assist you...
You have been connected to Simon R.

martin : my order yesterday has the wrong phone number attached, i couldn't change the number you had on my profile , the correct number for my account should be *** *** ****, thanks martin

Simon R: Hello martin. My name is Simon, and I will be glad to assist you. Please give me a few moments to begin working on your inquiry.

martin: sure
martin: i just recieved noticed my order has shipped
Simon R: It seems like you have checked out with Paypal, please update your information in your Paypal account
martin: already done but it was too late to update you, can you add the new number to my account please for future visa orders
Simon R: Unfortunelty we cannot modify a Paypal order
martin: i don't need paypal modified, i did that
Simon R: I am sorry but we cannot add anything to a Paypal order. the only thing we can do if needed is to cancel an order
martin: Simon i did not ask you to change paypal i asked you to
martin: change my phone number on my B&H account
Simon R: You will need to change the information in your B&H online account
martin: that is what i'm attempting to do Simon , do you work there ? maybe you could take down this number and accommodate me yes ?
Simon R: Please send an email to webmaster@bhphoto.com and someone who can assist you will respond as soon as possible.
martin: i guess he doesn't work beside then, OK thanks have a good day

Sounds like the customer service department doesn't have access to client accounts Martin... Nor do they have access to modify an order other than canceling it.

Sounds all very reasonable Martin... Anyone home in there ? knock knock ?

Sensitive bunch, aren't we?

It reminds me of a joke somebody told me a couple of hours after the Aloha 737 lost part of it's top in Hawaii and the stewardess was sucked out about half way between the Big Island and Maui. Stewardess to husband that morning, "Honey, I'll feed the fish if you'll walk the dog.":icon_eek:

Interestingly enough, I was on Maui out windsurfing when it happened. Pretty bazaar event.

German joke, along the lines of the "Reese Withoutaspoon" image.

"Mitt" - with

"Ohne" - without

Germans are known for their outstanding humour.
