Now, here's what's really astounding about those two homes. First, the $515K 1500 sq. ft. hovel:

Last sold: Dec 1995 for $7,000

Then the $500K 5000 sq. ft. home in Atlanta:

Last sold: Jan 2004 for $815,000

You know there has to be a very good reason why the Georgia house has been languishing on Zillow for 242 days at that asking price.

I demand a second opinion! According to that STUPID test I'm 50% hipster.

Something is definitely not right on that street, Martin. Look at this foreclosure just up the block:

http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/1400-A...4501_zpid/

7584 sq. feet. Last sold: Mar 2005 for $993,700

OK OK OK OK

If we all buy one on that block, we will be set. Occupied houses will make the price will go back to its former glory, and we can all sell and go live some where nice after this, like Bellflower haha

disclaimer: I think people who eat out and take photos of their meal look like retards so I never do it

I took the family out to Mandrin for dinner tonight, after dinner TRB went up to get desert and came back with chocolate covered bacon strips, I couldn't believe it so I thought I had better get a photo. I had no desire to try it, TRB said it was good, I'm not so sure

Hi Mike

I'd vote for youIcon_biggrin

Mankins are lumps of cold, dead plastic. But that doesn't mean they don't turn me on.
With friends like these, who needs mankins? I do, that's who.
I love pinging my junk with a rubber band. Dr Snip taught me how.
I lead an underworld cult of mankin people.
WTFWJD?
