Tonsil boy got a new pet today, a micro pig, probably 15LBS, and very smart, she will come, knows the word "NO" and pees on a piddle pad, i put some peanut butter in her kong and she goes nuts trying to get it out, she will do anything for a cheerio and loves her crate.

That's way cool Martin. Pigs are great. What's her name?

Mankins are lumps of cold, dead plastic. But that doesn't mean they don't turn me on.
With friends like these, who needs mankins? I do, that's who.

JP?

How big do they grow? I remember as a kid on the farm slaying an actual pig, it was big, and very loud, and very delicious.

I've seen a couple of the micro pigs on leashes downtown Boston. They always draw a lot of attention. They are really smart, and from what I've observed, well behaved. Kids love 'em, and are drawn to them. I wonder how long it takes to train them to behave properly?? I guess Tonsil Boy is going to find out !!!

Very cool, Martin.

I used to be a lumberjack.

her name is Peameal (peemale) a form of bacon, Tonsil calls her Agent 'P ' after a cartoon, i call her 'p', i left her corralled when i went out for dinner tonight only to find she had escaped, chewed some speaker wire and dumped about 4000 pieces of Lego on the floor and opened some cupboards, i guess she needs to be caged up when unattended , oh and she stares endlessly at herself in the closet mirror doors Icon_lol

Outstanding little pet for TB. I'm sure your new neighbors are going to love Peameal's backyard mud wallow.

PS: Will "nice restaurant" girl be coming over to help with P's training?

actually NR was a really nice girl who is a college student living with 4 other girls in a rented house, one of the girls ratted her out about the pig, contrary to the "no Pets" rule set by the landlord and that is how P ended up on the market, we have exchanged numbers to keep in contact, she works part time in a farm co-op and has offered to pick up and deliver food for the pig

as far as new neighbours are concerned, i just got in from signing a new offer on a 3100 sqft igloo, it needs a new kitchen but i included a $25,000 kitchen reno in the budget for this one and should still come out well under $400,000 so we'll see Icon_rolleyes

Ralph this is the house i was a day late on, it is sold conditionally right now, i made an offer with no conditions and an immediate closing and only a home inspection, it's a better offer for sure, i'm waiting for news any minute from the sellers, if the answer is yes then the conditional buyers have 48 hours to waive their conditional offer and buy the house or fold on the deal.
