Obviously, Martin, you have much to learn when it comes to making a home pig safe. Rule #1: NEVER leave baking soda (or fulminate of mercury) where a pig can get at it.

I would leave strategic things around the house for her to eat. Some suggestions might include...

1/2 cup whole cloves
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple rings in heavy syrup
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
1 (4 ounce) jar chopped maraschino cherries

i'm still working on getting the tenant out at the moment so i'm not exactly sure, i had some unexpected bullshit come up this week with the house though, the sellers were trying their best to get out of the sale, my agent knew the house was being sold under market value and we assumed they had a way better offer than mine but needed to get out of the commitment first, in the end they refused to honour a broken window fix and gave me an hour to sign the irrevocable offer which worked out to 20 minutes by the time i met my agent to sign it, they even had told us we had until 3PM the next day to sign it which was a lie, luckily my agent went over it as soon as it appeared saturday night and we were able to cement the sale. i got the house about $55,000 cheaper than the street average, but i sure had to fight to get it Icon_rolleyes

Always something going on. It'll be nice to have you settled.

On another note, I found out today the 99.99 percent chance the house next to us will be forclosed and auctioned. It's old and on a cinder block foundation. Built about the time ours was, but back then there were no standards. Anyway, I'll post a picture when I get a chance.

the pig seems pretty animal neutral, she gets along fine with cats and dogs, i only had one instance where a husky growled at her near the dogs food, she latched on to the dogs ear and he scratched her , after that there was respect Icon_lol
