Zeiss has been pitching their new line of Canon/Nikon mount Milvus lenses as being ideal for mirrorless users as well (with adapters, of course). Puhleeze! Look at this 50/1.4 Milvus on a Sony body:

Aside from the fact it's a $1200 50mm lens, the combination is nothing short of ludicrous and wildly impractical (in my opinion).

I demand a second opinion! According to that STUPID test I'm 50% hipster.

Mankins are lumps of cold, dead plastic. But that doesn't mean they don't turn me on.
With friends like these, who needs mankins? I do, that's who.

Uh, no, DJ. If I were to ask Santa for anything it would be the two Zeiss Batis lenses (25mm and 85mm) and the new MF Zeiss 21mm Loxia (all for Sony FE mount, of course). More realistically, I'm thinking about maybe one of the announced-but-not-yet-released Voigtlander wide angle lenses in native FE mount. They're doing the existing 15mm and 12mm lenses plus a new ultra-ultra wide 10mm:

BTW, "Milvi" reminds me of certain Seinfeld episode where Jerry was having difficulty remembering a gals name that rhymed with a female body part. He kept thinking Mulva.

Funny (unlike Seinfeld) how that particular episode lives on in popular culture so many years after the fact. And I'd like to go on record as never having watched more than a few minutes of several episodes over the program's entire run.

Someone here has to agree that Seinfeld was hilarious. Mic and Dave have no sense of humor. Senses of humor? Sense of humors?

I could sit through it easily but TRB couldn't so we didn't watch it much, I don't watch a lot of TV to begin with , it's mostly foot rubbing nights where TRB selects the programming and i fall asleep on the couch, quality time you know Icon_rolleyes

I'm with you on this one, Dave. The funniest show on TV.

"Sense of humour" works fine, as we're being referred to as individuals.

I hate sitcoms, but there were a few Seinfelds that were very funny.
