Now that is a shrewd businessman. I'm impressed.

He's already made a name for himself charging $150k a pop for private portrait sessions with the rich and famous. Kudos to him, even if the photos are plane jane headshots on a black background.

So when one of his rich clients is visiting him at his personal residence, looks at the photo of the potato on the wall and says "I want that", who can blame the guy for saying... "Sure, $1M and it's yours".

It's a beautiful demonstration of the intersection of supply and demand.
